Hudson Police Officers arrested 29-year-old Clarence Casey Chester of Barlowe Place in Lenoir on Monday (February 13). Chester was charged with one felony count of attempting to obtain property by false pretense and was jailed under a $3,000 secured bond. As of this morning, Chester remains in jail and is scheduled to appear in District Court on February 14.
