The City of Morganton Electric Department is now taking digital surveys of both residential and commercial customers to get a better understanding of the opinions and preferences of those who use their services. The survey is part of a long-term planning study and is meant to measure customer satisfaction, communication preferences, and perceptions of new strategic initiatives. Maru Group, a professional market research firm, will be conducting the survey digitally from February 27th to April 7th. The survey should only take about 15 minutes of time. Customers can scan the QR code on their phone sent in their next utility bill to access the survey, or it can be found on our website or social media once it becomes available.
