Kyle Dean Tysinger-Lingafelt, 21, was arrested on charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon, obtaining property by false pretense, and misdemeanor larceny. He is jailed under a $37,500 bond and is scheduled for a District Court appearance on April 17.
