A Marion man who had already been arrested on felonious strangulation and assault on a female has now been charged with felonious 2nd degree forcible rape and 1st degree kidnapping. 29 year old Jamie McKinney was initially charged on April 25th according to The Morganton News Herald his $5,000 bond was increased to a $505,000 bond with the addition of the new charges.
