Morganton Department of Public Safety has arrested a man for causing damage to their headquarters. Justin Rudisill is said to have caused thousands of dollars in damage to the lobby area of the Department of Public Safety. Reports state that Rudisill pled guilty to the charge and was sentenced to 45 days in jail and agreed to pay $5,000 damages.
