A Hickory Man has been sentenced to 45 years in prison. 46 year old Kevin Maurice Linder was convicted of attempted first degree murder and first degree assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. The Jury in this case deliberated more than 5 hours before returning the verdict.
