A Hickory Man has been jailed for identity theft and two orders for arrest. Hickory Police say 25 year old Luke Allen Osborne is charged with 1 Felony count of Identity Theft and 2 Warrants totaling 5 counts. He was arrested without incident and jailed under a $162,000 bond.
