The Burke County Sheriff’s Department reports arresting a Hickory Man on the charges of a sex offender unlawfully on premises. The report states that 34 year old Dominique Shillito is accused of being near Ray Childers Elementary School. Deputies conducted a search in the area and found Shillito in an outbuilding near the school. He was jailed under a $20,000 bond.
