4 Individuals arrested in Catawba County on drug charges

The Catawba County Sheriff’s department reports arresting 4 people on drug charges at a Hickory motel. According to reports, 23-year-old Jonathon David Shamblin of Mount Holly was taken into custody at the Days Inn on Fairgrove Church Rd. And charged with 2 counts of trafficking in meth, possession of a schedule 5 controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and providing fictious information to law enforcement. Shamblin was jailed under a $20,000 bond.
24-year-old Jada Kylelynn Jackson of Hickory was also taken into custody and charged with 2 counts of trafficking in meth, possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver meth, possession of fentanyl, plus other drug charges. Jackson was jailed under a $101,000 bond.
24-year-old Dallas Loyd Gragg was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver meth, possession with intent to sell or deliver fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation. Gragg was jailed under a $20,000 bond.
23-year-old Robert Lee Oxentine of Conover was served with outstanding warrants for breaking and entering, larceny, and possession of stolen goods and failure appear and was jailed under a $17,000 bond.
