The Caldwell County Board of Commissioners approved a new Economic Development Strategic Plan earlier this week. According to the plan, Caldwell Economic Development will have four action areas: Existing Industry Support; Site Development and Recruitment; Public Awareness and Marketing; and Other Opportunities for Collaboration, Education and Support.
