Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute’s Board of Trustees had a swearing ceremony for four members this week. Members re-appointed to new 4-year terms were Wongalee Thomas, William Winkler III and Bill Stone. The only new member in the group was student Katelynn Hollar, who serves as an ex-officio member for one year as part of her duties as Student Government President.
