The North Carolina State Highway Patrol has made an arrest in a recent hit-and-run collision involving two cyclists on Airport Rhodhiss Road in Burke County.
Victoria Analee Kimmer, 29, of Connelly Springs, was arrested Sunday and charged with felony hit and run. A 2018 Ford Focus was located at her residence and was secured by the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. She was transported to the Burke County Magistrates Office and received a $10,000 bond.
