WestLife Wellness, formerly West Caldwell Health Council, will host a free community event for National Health Center Week from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12 at Mulberry Recreation Center in Lenoir. The public is invited for free food, games, prizes and family-friendly activities. With locations in Happy Valley and Collettsville, Westlife Wellness provides primary and acute care, mental health services, access to primary dental care and a sliding fee scale for qualifying patients or cash pay for uninsured.
