Partnership Creates Teacher Pipeline

Caldwell County Schools, Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute and Appalachian State University have announced a partnership to establish a comprehensive and seamless teacher pipeline for Caldwell County. The NC Educator Pipeline Collaborative seeks to address the critical need for teachers by creating a pathway for individuals who want a career in education. The collaborative will provide financial assistance, strategic courses designed for the working adult, technology, and a career opportunity upon completion of the program.
