There was a fatal accident Tuesday afternoon in Sherrills Ford on NC 150 near Beaver Boulevard. A car traveling west on NC 150 drove off the side of the road, lost control and flipped. The driver, 19-year-old Robert Allen Heath III, of Tavares, Fla., was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene.
