A member of the Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute Board of Trustees was recently re-appointed and sworn in. Christopher Barlowe, who was appointed by Caldwell County Commissioners for a four-year term, was sworn in during a ceremony earlier this month on the CCC&TI campus in Hudson. Barlowe will serve through June 2027.
