In a press release issued Wednesday it’s reported that the Burke County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of the United States Marshal Service apprehended Kenneth Edward Worley Jr, 39 of Hickory, on April 25th after alluding authorities for 2 months on an outstanding Federal warrant for probation violation. Worley who has been designated a habitual felon has convictions dating back to 2008, and the most recent arrest in January of this year.
