Hickory Police are investigating a domestic-related attempted murder case that occurred
Thursday, November 21, at a Speedway on Highway 127 South in Hickory.
Around 8:15 a.m, officers responded to reports of a domestic related incident involving a silver Honda
hitting the building at 3131 Hwy 127 South. Officers arrived and learned the Honda was intentionally hit
by another driver in a Chevrolet Traverse who had left the scene.
No serious injuries were reported.
The driver of the vehicle, Miles Shunte Ramseur, 43, of Lawndale, was arrested Thursday afternoon and
charged with felony attempted first degree murder, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, simple
assault, assault on a female by male over 18 years, communicating threats, injury to personal property,
and hit and run property damage.
