Lenoir, NC – The Caldwell Chamber is excited to announce an upcoming community clean-up
event at Wilson Creek, scheduled for 1/17/25 & 1/18/25, from 10am to 4pm. Volunteers are
invited to come together and help clean up the creek, making a significant impact on both the
local environment and the community.
The event will focus on removing litter & debris from the creek and surrounding areas.
Participants will have the opportunity to contribute to the preservation of local wildlife habitats
and improve the natural beauty of the area for all to enjoy.
“We are thrilled to offer our community a chance to come together and help restore our beloved
Wilson Creek area. We hope that many who have time can participate and make an impact on
this vital clean-up effort,” said Bryan Moore, President and CEO of The Caldwell Chamber.

● What to Bring: Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable, weather-appropriate
clothing, sturdy shoes, and to bring gloves. Trash bags, buckets, rakes, shovels,
winches, waders, chainsaws and much more would also be greatly appreciated if you
could bring.
