On Thursday February 6th, at around 9:54am, 911 Communications received a call of a shooting victim at a residence on Mt Wesley Church Rd in Hiddenite. Deputies arrived on scene and found a white male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to his lower leg. EMS transported the victim to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries. After further investigation, Deputies found that the shooting occurred at 1056 Johnny Martin Ln in Stony Point. The shooting is the result of an argument between several subjects. Deputies arrested James Henry Hall.
James Henry Hall, age 60, of Stony Point, with one count of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to inflict serious bodily injury. Hall has been placed in a $75,000.00 secured bond with a first appearance on February 10th, 2025 in District Court.
