David Mark Joyce, 41 of Great Falls, SC was convicted last week of Trafficking Methamphetamine in Caldwell County Superior Court.
The conviction stems from his arrest in October of last year when he led Caldwell County deputies on a high speed chase from the Valmead community in Lenoir to Blowing Rock. At the time of his arrest he was found to be in possession of 175 grams of methamphetamine, as well as having an outstanding warrant in Polk County NC.
Joyce was sentenced to 6 to 7.5 years in prison.
