An arrest has been made in the Monday robbery and sexual assault that happened at the Run-In convenience store of Hickory Blvd in Lenoir.
The Lenoir Police Department arrested and charged 28 year old Dylan Kyler Tolbert of Lenoir with:
1 count of Second Degree Forcible Sex Office
2 counts of Common law Robbery
1 count of Larceny of a Motor Vehicle
Tolbert is being held in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $350,000 secured bond. His first court appearance is Thursday July 17th.
