The City of Lenoir is hosting two events this week to celebrate Halloween. Staff at the Martin Luther King Jr. Center are hosting a Drive-Through Trunk-or-Treat on Thursday, and Main Street is hosting the Downtown Spooktacular on Friday!
Trunk-or-Treat at the MLK Jr. Center will be on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, from 5:00 pm until the candy runs out. Sponsors will park and decorate cars and hand out candy to visitors as they drive (or walk) through the MLK Center parking lot. If it’s raining, the Trunk-or-Treat will be held inside in the MLK Jr. Center.
The Downtown Spooktacular will be from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Friday, Oct. 31, in Downtown Lenoir. Bring the kids, dress up in your best costumes, and stroll through downtown for candy, fun, and spooky good times!
