West Avenue in Downtown Lenoir will be closed from Ridge Street to Mulberry Street from Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, to Friday, Nov. 21. Contractors are working on the Ridge Street Sewer Project. The workers hope to open West Avenue over the weekend, barring any unforeseen issues. This sewer project is the first step to repair a sinkhole beside Fire Station
