Burke County District and Superior Courts have announced the cancellation of court for Tuesday, January 27th, 2026. Due to the inclement weather, your case will be rescheduled. Generally, notification of your new court date will be sent by mail. However, you may contact the clerk of the court’s office of the county in which you were charged, or your attorney, on how to proceed.
