Lenoir residents arrest on drug trafficking charges

On Friday March 20, 2026, two Lenoir residents were arrested for Trafficking Fentanyl & Methamphetamine by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office I.C.E Unit. The targets of the investigation, Elliot Patrick Cox, age 40, and Felicia Lynn Clark, age 41, were taken into custody without incident. Agents seized approximately 48 grams of Fentanyl and approximately 29 grams of Methamphetamine during the investigation. The narcotics seized have a street value of $14,000. The Lenoir Police Department assisted in this investigation.
As a result, Cox and Clark were both charged with two counts of Trafficking Fentanyl, two counts of Trafficking Methamphetamine, two counts of Conspiracy to Traffick Fentanyl and Conspiracy to Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine. Both received a $1,000,000 secured bond for the charges.
