Third Thursday Art Crawls in 2026 are sure to inspire! Featuring a vibrant mix of work from familiar artists and exciting new voices, each event offers something fresh to discover. Join us as we explore downtown Morganton’s shops and galleries together every third Thursday, celebrating the creativity and spirit of our region.
Art Crawls take place April through October, with a break in July.

Downtown Morganton is fortunate to be home to a vibrant community of businesses that showcase art year-round. Visitors can experience a variety of creative works at Oak Hill Iron Works, O’Suzannah’s Yarn on Union, Paradise Glass, Tiffany West, West Union Art Studio, Hamilton Williams, and the Burke Arts Council. Together, these spaces help make downtown a lively destination for art lovers and a hub for local creativity.
