Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office deputy Mark Noble was injured after a crash late Monday. While attempting to locate a suspect on Playmore Beach Rd, Noble lost control of the 2014 Ford Explorer and hit a tree down an embankment. He sustained arm and head injuries and was airlifted to Carolinas Medical Center and is now in stable condition according to public information officer LouAnne Kincaid.
