Justin Miller Watts of Granite Falls was charged with driving while impaired Saturday evening after colliding with another vehicle while crossing into the left lane while trying to pass a slower vehicle. The two people in the other vehicle and Watts were taken to the hospital for their injuries. Watts was also charged with reckless driving and cited for not wearing his seatbelt.
