A name was released in an officer involved shooting case in Caldwell County. Joshua Alan Kirby 25, is in critical condition at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. The State Bureau of Investigation is still looking at the case. 3 members of the Lenoir Police are on administrative leave during the investigation.
