A vehicle fire occurred at James Oxygen on Hwy 321 in Hickory on Friday. Hickory Fire, Mt View, Long View, Hickory Police, Catawba County EMS and Hazardous Materials Team all responded. It happened around 130pm and the fire was extinguished by 3pm. One injury to a James Oxygen employee was reported. Further details and a cause was not yet available.
