Identity theft charges were filed against a Hudson woman. 30 year old Phyllis Ann Fleming faces 3 counts of identity theft and possession of methamphetamine among other charges. She was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $7,000 bond. The Catawba County Sheriff’s Department made the arrest.
Court dates are set for today for 3 suspects in Caldwell County. 49 year old Scott Edward Cook, 61 year old Penny Elizabeth Thompson and 35 year old Heather Dyan Pope were all arrested by Caldwell County Officers and face various drug charges. Cook was placed under a $50,000 bond, Thompson a $30,000 bond and Pope under a $10,000 bond.
