Court dates are set for April 14th for 3 Morganton residents. 64 year old Kathy Benfiled Cook, 33 year old Stacy Rachelle Mayfield and 51 year old Allen Lee Henson were all arrested by Burke County Sheriff’s Officers. All are facing multiple drug charges including felony possession of schedule II controlled substance. Investigators found heroin and methamphetamine at the shared Mountain View Drive residence. The 3 were placed in the Burke County jail. Cook and Hensen under $10,000 bonds and Mayfield under a $25,000 bond.
