He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility with a court date set for today and April 25th.
Felony charges were brought against a Lenoir man. 62 year old William Eugene Murphy faces felony probation violation related to felony receiving a stolen motor vehicle charges. He was placed under a $5,000 secured bond in the Caldwell County Detention Center. A court date is set for May 9th.
