Starting 9AM on Monday, October 31st The section of 11th Street NW between Main Avenue and Old Lenoir Road will be closed due to contractors installing new utilities and constructing a new railroad crossing across Second Avenue NW. Detour routes for the Second Avenue NW and 11th Street NW road closures will be established and clearly marked.
