A 51-year-old Morganton man was arrested on multiple charges over the weekend following an alleged hit and run on West Fleming Drive near South College Street in Morganton.
The suspect’s vehicle reportedly struck another vehicle, then rammed it two more times while fleeing the scene. Officers spotted a truck matching the description a few hours later and charged Stephen Mickeal Miller with Driving While Impaired, Hit and Run, Assault with a Deadly Weapon and other charges.
