According to a press release, on Tuesday March 26th at around 2:15 p.m. the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office arrested to Karla Brianna Freeland, 18 of Statesville. Freeland was charged with one count of felony murder. Freeland and Jason Henry Fidler have both been charged in connection with the murder of Pang Vueyee on Monday the 25th. Both Freeland and Fiddler are being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under no bond.
