On July 3, 2025, Lee experienced a cardiac event which led to hospitalization. Following discharge, Lee will have to be out of work for continued testing and treatment. Lee isn’t expected to be able to return to work until September, at the earliest. Lee is a truck driver for MDI, where he has been employed for greater than 20 years. He is the policyholder for his family’s insurance and main source of income. Lee and his wife are always the first to jump in to lend a hand to anyone in need. Now is time that we can help them!
