Caldwell County Transition Fair

Caldwell County Schools Exceptional Children’s Department is hosting a Transition Fair. This free event is to help build awareness of resources for students with disabilities (birth – young adult) and their families available in and around Caldwell County. We have numerous vendors: Vaya, We Rock the Spectrum, RHA, NC Works, Walkin’ Roll, Rascals, and Pre Employment Transition Services just to name a few and a session for parents on guardianship and alternatives to guardianship.
