HICKORY – Nominations for the 2022 “Business. Well Crafted.” Awards are being accepted now through Friday, Sept. 23, 2022 by 5 p.m. by the city’s Business Development Committee.
Ideal candidates for the award are local entrepreneurs, businesses, or organizations that share and support the city’s vision for growth and economic success to enhance the quality of life for Hickory residents.
According to the City of Hickory’s Business Development Committee’s “Business. Well Crafted.” awards website, nominations are accepted in the following categories:

- Individual (Entrepreneur of the Year)
- Youth (Entrepreneur under 25 years old)
- Business and/or Organization (10 or fewer employees)
- Business and/or Organization (11 to 50 employees)
- Business and/or Organization (51 or more employees)
