Ride, Play, & Imagine

Location: Arts Center—Back Parking Lot
Bring your little ones and their favorite riding toys for a fun-filled morning at Tiny Town! Hosted by Caldwell County Smart Start, kids can cruise through a mini town designed just for them—perfect for imaginative play and outdoor adventure. Families are also invited to join a special pinwheel planting in support of Child Abuse Prevention Month. Free & open to the public—ideal for toddlers through early elementary ages!

 

Get Your Hands Dirty 
BEGINNING POTTERY
Begins Apr 7 | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Location: Activity Center — Pottery Studio
Explore the joy of clay in this 4-week beginner-friendly class for adults 18+ of all skill levels. Learn handbuilding and slab techniques, plus decorating and glazing methods while creating multiple pieces like pinch pots, mugs, and trays. All materials are provided—just bring your curiosity and creativity! Spots are limited—reserve your seat and start your pottery journey!  

 

Kids & Teens Art Fun

Celebrate Local Talent
CCC&TI STUDENT ART

Location: Arts Center – Gallery Hall 
Join us for the opening reception of the CCC&TI Student Art Showcase! Meet the talented student artists and enjoy an evening celebrating creativity, expression, and the vibrant work of emerging artists. The exhibit will be on displace Apr 2 – Apr 30, featuring paintings, drawings, prints, and mixed media from CCC&TI’s Fine Arts — Visual Arts students. Concert on the Lawn

Location: Arts Center—Front Lawn
Kick off our Third Thursday Concert Series with a fun, laid-back evening of live music, good eats, and community vibes. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and settle in for a relaxing night on the lawn! Gravel Road takes the stage with acoustic favorites from the 70s through today—something for everyone to enjoy. Craft beer and wine available to purchase from 3 Drinks Down Beverage Co. and Mi Molcajete food truck will be on-site with authentic Mexican food & desserts. Lenoir Crimestoppers
BINGO NIGHT

Location: Arts Center – Auditorium 
Come out to The HUB Station for an exciting evening of bingo, prizes, and community support! For $40, get 60 cards across 10 games and compete for cash prizes starting at $100. Reserve a table of 8 and enjoy the night with friends and family. All proceeds support the Crimestoppers reward fund, helping keep our neighborhoods safe. Charcuterie Boards
POTTERY WORKSHOP

Create something beautiful and functional in this two-part pottery experience! Hand-build your own ceramic charcuterie board, then return to glaze and finish your piece with your choice of colors and style. Caldwell Arts Council 
SUMMER JAM CAMP
Beginning June 17 | Various Times

Location: Arts Center—Second Floor
This summer, come JAM with us! This 9-week camp teaches school-aged students to play guitar, fiddle, or mandolin the old-time way—learning by ear, singing, and playing together. Beginners and all experience levels are welcome, and students don’t need to be enrolled in public school to participate. Classes culminate in an end-of-camp performance on Aug 12. Third Thursdays at The HUB

Join us at The HUB Station Arts Center for our Third Thursday Series, where warmer weather means we take the fun outside! From live music on the lawn to family-friendly outdoor movies, these evenings are all about community, connection, and enjoying the season together.

Kick things off on April 16 with live music from Gravel Road, followed by The Never B’s on May 21, bringing high-energy performances and crowd-favorite sounds. Throughout the summer, unwind with outdoor movie nights featuring Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (June 18) and Grease (July 16)—perfect for a relaxed evening under the stars.

Live music returns in late summer with Rustic on August 20 and Jon Boy & Lefty on September 17, closing out the series with unforgettable performances.

Each event features local food trucks plus 3 Drinks Down Beverage Co. will be open for all your craft beer and wine needs. So grab your lawn chairs, bring your friends, and settle in for a night of fun.
