To post your event to the Community Events Calendar, and to be considered for an on-air public service announcement (PSA) spot, you must be a Non-Profit, Civic, Faith-Based, Recreational, Governmental, School Sponsored or other organization that is hosting or sponsoring a community based, local/regional, event or fundraiser, or an organization or entity that is providing a service to the community (First Responders, Law Enforcement, Public Services, Agricultural).
Private businesses may also submit events when sponsoring or are involved in a fundraiser or special community event.
For on-air PSA consideration, events/activities must be open to the general public, not just to organization members.
Events could include:
- Community celebrations, school events, local sporting events, children’s activities, farmer’s, art, or community market, seasonal events and other community activities.
- Fundraiser events for non-profit agencies, schools, social services or other organizations.
- Informational seminars, clinics or meetings, educational opportunities, public meetings.

Complete the event form, with the option to attach a image/flyer (JPEG, PNG & GIF files preferred. Maximum upload file size: 600 MB)
We suggest that you submit your event at least 10 to 14 days prior to the date of the event/activity.
