Morganton man charged after caught breaking into a vehicle

A Morganton man was charged after police say someone caught him breaking into a vehicle Tuesday evening. The News Herald reports James Staley was charged after police were dispatched to 100 Carbon City Road when a car owner saw a man inside their car.
