A Statesville man faces drug charges in Hickory. Ryan Christopher Haman 35, was charged with possession of heroin among other drug charges. The arrest was January 20th. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $15,000 secured bond.
Heroin charges were brought against a Newton woman. Melissa Eloise McCurry 34, was charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. She was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $5,000 secured bond. A court date is set for March 19th.
