A man was shot twice outside of an apartment in Lenoir early Monday morning. Frank McKinley Tucker III was in a car shortly after 3 am when two men approached him. The News Topic Reports there was a struggle and one of the men shot Tucker, who was flown to Carolinas Medical Center. No one has been charged in the shooting, but police are still investigating.
