A Valdese man is facing methamphetamine charges for the third time. Roger Lee Sparks 36, was charged with felony trafficking of methamphetamine and maintaining a vehicle to keep controlled substance among other drug charges. A K-9 officer had located the drugs. Bond was set at $51,000 with a court date of January 21st.
