A Lenoir resident was arrested on a fugitive warrant from another state. Derek Lee Ritchie 37, is wanted in Virginia on felony grand larceny and breaking and entering charges. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under a $50,000 secured bond. He was due in court January 26th.
