The body of a deceased man was found at a house fire on Saturday. The cause of death for 77 year old Gerald Edward Huffman will be determined by the medical examiner. The fire occurred at 6909 Sam Huffman Rd in Connelly Springs. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Several departments responded. The State Bureau of Investigations is assisting the Fire Marshal’s Office.
