Money is still available to help qualifying City of Lenoir residents impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Payment assistance is only available for current or previous City of Lenoir water, sewer, and solid waste bills and current or previous mortgage/rent payments that are behind due to COVID-19 for people who live inside the City of Lenoir City limits. Residents and customers have to meet certain income requirements.
