A woman from Boone is charged in Catawba County. Angeline Gabrielle Miller 28, faces possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin among other drug charges. She was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $21,500 bond. A district court appearance is scheduled for October 5th.
